Our Meal Prep Menus
Each week, we offer 2 core menus of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. These menus can be ordered as standard size or with extra protein (~200g protein per day). They can also be ordered as individual meals or a combination of breakfasts and lunches only.
Please place your order by Sunday each week.

Egg Bites and Canadian Bacon
Cottage cheese egg bites with a side of sliced Canadian bacon
Egg Roll in a Bowl
Ground turkey with cabbage, carrots, onions and Asian stir fry sauce
Ground Beef Quesadillas
Taco seasoned ground beef, beans, and cheese in grilled tortillas served with salsa and sour cream

Peaches & Cream Overnight Oats
Oatmeal, Greek yogurt, protein powder and Georgia peaches
Cranberry Chicken Salad
Roasted chicken, celery and cranberries in a creamy yogurt dressing
Balsamic Pork with Roasted Veggies
Balsamic marinated pork loin with roasted in-season veggies

Jerky of the week – Teriyaki Beef
No artificial ingredients! Beef round marinated and dehydrated in small batches

Extra protein Greek yogurt and sugar-free gelatin blended for a sweet treat
