Our Meal Prep Menus
Each week, we offer 2 core menus of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. These menus can be ordered as standard size or with extra protein (~200g protein per day). They can also be ordered as individual meals or a combination of breakfasts and lunches only.
Please place your order by Sunday each week.
